1. Who we are

This store, mnrtmo.com, is run by MNRTMO CORP LLC, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #24177, Newark, DE 19702, United States. Email: contactmnrtmo@gmail.com. In these terms, "MNRTMO", "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person buying or using our products.

By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products for video editors: After Effects and Premiere Pro presets, templates, overlay packs and plugins (FXLab, LyricFX, Trackify and FXVault). You pay once. Nothing is shipped. After checkout you get a download link on screen and by email. Each product page says which software it works with. Please check that before you buy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Taxes are added at checkout where the law requires it. Payment is taken when you place the order. We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you already paid for.

4. Your license

When you buy a product you get a license to use it. You do not own the product itself. The license is for one person, has no end date, and cannot be passed to someone else.

You can:

  • use the product in your own videos and in videos you make for clients, paid or unpaid;
  • install it on the computers you personally work on.

You cannot:

  • resell, share, give away or upload the files, in whole or in part;
  • include the files in another pack, preset, template or plugin that you sell or give away;
  • share a license key, or use one key for more people than it was sold for;
  • remove or get around the license check in a plugin.

If these rules are broken we can turn off the license key without a refund.

5. Plugins, license keys and updates

Plugins need a license key and an internet connection to activate, and they check the license from time to time. Some plugin features run on our servers or use credits. The product page says which ones. We release updates when we can. We do not promise that a product will work with every future version of Adobe software or of your operating system.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Who owns what

The products, this site, its text, images and videos belong to MNRTMO CORP LLC or to the people who licensed them to us. The videos you make with our products belong to you.

Adobe, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe Inc. MNRTMO is not part of Adobe and is not endorsed by Adobe.

8. No promise of results

Products are provided as they are. We do not promise that they will have no bugs or that they will fit a use the product page does not describe. If something does not work, email us and we will help.

9. Limit of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, MNRTMO CORP LLC is not responsible for lost income, lost data or lost work caused by using or not being able to use a product. In all cases our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

10. Law that applies

These terms follow the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in place on the day of your order is the one that applies to that order.
