Everything is a digital download

MNRTMO sells digital products only: After Effects and Premiere Pro presets, overlay packs and plugins. Nothing is shipped to your address, and there are no shipping costs.

How you get your order

• Right after payment, your download link shows on the order page.
• You also get an email with the same download link, sent to the email address you gave at checkout.
• For plugins that need one, your license key comes with your order, on the order page and in the email.

Delivery is instant. It works the same in every country.

If the email does not arrive

• Wait a few minutes. Most emails arrive within 5 minutes.
• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
• Check that the email address on your order is spelled right.
• Still nothing? Email contactmnrtmo@gmail.com with your order number or the email you used at checkout, and we send you your files.

If a download does not work

If a link is broken, a file will not open, or you lost your files, email contactmnrtmo@gmail.com and we send you a new link.
