Everything MNRTMO sells is a digital download. Here is how refunds work.

Plugins: 30-day money-back guarantee

This covers FXLab, LyricFX, Trackify and FXVault. If a plugin isn't for you, email us within 30 days of your order and we refund it. When we refund a plugin, we turn off its license key.

Packs, bundles and The Vault

Packs are digital files. Once you have downloaded them they are yours and can't be returned, so there is no standard refund on packs, bundles or The Vault.

If something is wrong with your order, email us within 30 days. A real person reads every email, and we will work out a fair solution for your situation.

Customers in the EU and the UK

The law gives you 14 days to cancel most online orders. For digital downloads, this right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to get the files right away and accepted that you lose the right to cancel. The money-back guarantee on plugins above still applies.

How to ask

Email contactmnrtmo@gmail.com with your order number. A reply usually takes 1 to 3 hours.

An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank can take a few days to show it.
