This page explains what personal data mnrtmo.com collects, why, who we share it with, and what your rights are.

1. Who is responsible for your data

MNRTMO CORP LLC, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #24177, Newark, DE 19702, United States, runs this store and decides how your data is used. For any question about your data, email contactmnrtmo@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

When you buy

  • your name and email address;
  • your billing country and, if your payment method asks for it, your billing address;
  • what you bought, the price and the order date;
  • for plugins, your license key and basic activation data (for example when and on how many computers the key was turned on).

We never see or keep your full card number. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, Stripe and PayPal.

When you sign up for emails

  • your email address, and your name if you give it.

When you visit the site

  • your device, browser, rough location (country or city), the pages you look at and how you got to the site;
  • this data is collected with cookies and similar tools (see section 5).

When you email us

  • your email address and what you write to us.

3. Why we use your data

  • To deliver your order: send your download link, give you your license key, and help you if something goes wrong. We need this to fulfill our contract with you.
  • To answer you: reply to your emails and support requests.
  • To keep records: tax and accounting laws ask us to keep order records.
  • To stop fraud and abuse: check payments and stop license keys from being shared. This is our legitimate interest.
  • To send marketing emails: only if you signed up, or if you bought from us and did not say no. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
  • To measure and improve the site and our ads: only with your consent, given in the cookie banner where the law asks for it.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that help us run the store:

  • Shopify: hosts the store, the checkout and your orders.
  • Stripe, PayPal and Shopify Payments: take your payment.
  • Klaviyo: sends our emails, including order emails and marketing emails.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta pixel tells us which ads lead to visits and sales, and helps us show ads to people who may like our products.
  • Analytics tools (such as Shopify analytics and Microsoft Clarity): show us how people use the site, so we can make it better.
  • Our license system: checks plugin license keys.

We may also share data if the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or a court.

Some of these services are in the United States or other countries outside the EU. When your data leaves the EU, it is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use:

  • Needed cookies: to keep your cart, run the checkout and keep the site safe. The site does not work without them.
  • Analytics cookies: to count visits and see which pages people use.
  • Marketing cookies: such as the Meta pixel, to measure our ads and show them to the right people.

If you are in the EU, the UK or another place where the law asks for it, we only use analytics and marketing cookies after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Order records: as long as tax and accounting laws ask (usually up to 10 years).
  • License data: as long as your license is active, so your plugin keeps working.
  • Email list: until you unsubscribe.
  • Support emails: as long as we need them to help you, then we delete them.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you these rights. We give them to every customer, wherever you live:

  • See your data: ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Fix your data: ask us to correct data that is wrong.
  • Delete your data: ask us to delete your data. We may have to keep order records the law asks us to keep.
  • Limit or object: ask us to stop or limit how we use your data, including for marketing.
  • Take your data with you: ask for your data in a common file format.
  • Take back your consent: at any time, for example by unsubscribing or changing your cookie choice.
  • Complain: you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. How to ask

To use any of these rights, or to ask us to delete your data, email contactmnrtmo@gmail.com from the email address you used with us. Tell us what you want us to do. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We answer within 30 days, and usually much faster.

9. Keeping your data safe

We use trusted services and limit who can see your data. No system is perfectly safe, but if a data breach puts you at risk, we will tell you as the law requires.

10. Children

This store is not made for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

11. Changes

We can update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
