How do I get my files after I buy?
Instantly. Your download link is on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation email the moment checkout goes through.
Can’t find it? Check spam or promotions, then email us and we’ll resend it.
Is anything a subscription?
No. Everything is a one-time purchase. You pay once and it’s yours to keep.
Do I get future updates?
Yes, free. Our plugins and preset packs come with lifetime updates, sent straight to your email. FXLab also gets new presets added regularly.
SOFTWARE & COMPATIBILITY
What editing software do I need?
It depends on the product:
- Plugins & preset packs: Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, 2024 or newer
- Overlays (3D, Match Frame, Film Matte): plain video files that work in any editor, including DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and CapCut, even on your phone
- Title Card Packs: edited in Photoshop, then used in any editing software

Which products work in Premiere Pro?
- Premiere Pro: LyricFX (Premiere or Both), Trackify (Premiere version), Ultimate Lyrics Pack (Premiere version), Energy V1, Energy V2, Energy Bundle, and all overlays
- After Effects only: FXLab, FXVault, Energy V3, MNRTMO Shakes and the Framer Pack
FXLab does not work in Premiere Pro.
Do they work on Mac and Windows? Which After Effects version?
Mac and Windows. FXLab, LyricFX and Trackify come with installers for both.
After Effects 2024 or newer for most products. FXVault runs on AE 23.0+. For Energy V3 and MNRTMO Shakes we recommend AE 2025.
Do I need any paid third-party plugins?
No. Everything runs natively in After Effects and Premiere Pro. A few packs (Energy V3, the Framer Pack and the Ultimate Lyrics Pack) look even better with the free Deep Glow plugin, but it’s optional.
USING THE PRODUCTS
How do I install everything?
- Plugins: run the installer in your download (Mac or PC) and follow the step-by-step guide included
- Preset packs: follow the install guide in your download. It takes a couple of minutes in After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Overlays: nothing to install, just drag the video files onto your timeline

I’m a beginner. Will I be able to use these?
Yes. Everything is built to be drag-and-drop, and several products include a guide or master class to get you going fast. If you get stuck, it’s actually me answering your emails.
What’s the difference between FXLab at $87 and $157?
$87 gets you the full FXLab preset library inside After Effects.
$157 adds the Auto Editor: drag in a song, type what you want, and it places the effects for you. It gets your edit most of the way there, and everything stays editable.
Which LyricFX version should I get?
Pick the software you edit in: Premiere Pro ($67), After Effects ($77), or Both ($87). The 1-click 3D camera tracking is After Effects only.
Can I use your products in client or paid work?
Yes. Use them in personal and commercial projects, including client work. Redistributing or reselling the files themselves isn’t allowed.
REFUNDS & SUPPORT
What’s your refund policy?
Plugins (FXLab, LyricFX and our other plugins): if it genuinely isn’t what you hoped for within 30 days of buying, you get a full refund, or a swap for another product if you prefer.
Preset packs, overlays, templates and bundles are downloadable files, so we can’t refund them. If a file is broken or won’t open, we’ll fix it or send a working copy.
